submit the assignment by the due date and it will be re-evaluated
with the higher score being recorded. Students may also re-submit
this assignment any time BEFORE the last day of regular classes
and it will be re-evaluated with a 10 point reduction. Any late 
penalties from the original submission date will also be deducted.
