NOTE: Late penalties will be assessed for BOTH the treatment
and the final script, which have different due dates.

Students who submit a 1st draft of the script by the draft due
date may re-submit the assignment (including the treatment)
by the due date and it will be re-evaluated with the higher
score being recorded. Any late penalties assessed for the
treatment will still be deducted, however.

This form MUST be attached to any projects being re-submitted!
